All I have to say is I would not recommend this place to my worst enemies. Went through the drive through I asked about a special that Arby's had for a long time and the lady taking my order said in a rude voice We don't have that so the lady asked me if I was going to order or NOT so I told her that I wasn't going to order anything, since they had been so rude and trying to rush me. As I was pulling around to leave another lady screamed out the drive through window at me said You need to Chill out I was going to leave at that point but honestly , I have never in my life been treated like that by a restaurant before . I went inside and asked to see a manager Well the lady that was talking to me on the drive through speaker was the manager. I told her that I wanted to get a corporate number or manager's number of the store. She looked at me and said Come here The way she looked at me was like she was wanting to fight me or something She took me back by the cook line and saidYou see that clock I was like yeah She said We have so much time to take an order I was like Look I don't care about your time clock. First of all I am using my hard earned money to come and buy a product from you all and you are going to treat me like that That is very unprofessional I work in the public and if I was to talk to customers like that I would be fired Told her and another thing You need to take care of the lady in the drive through window working herecause she doesn't need to be yelling at customers out the window like that. So I took the number she gave me and it was a fake number.. So I got the 1800 Arby's number and contacted them.. and I also emailed them and they have never responded to my complaint WhatsoeverI even talked to the Franchise owner personally on the phone and nothing has been resolved I will never do buisness with Arby's whatsoever again And I'm spreading the word Do not go there Thanks for your time in reading this
